Guillermo Ruiz started working in construction as a teenage boy. With a vision to create beautiful homes, he loved how he could help his clients’ dreams become a reality. He values working closely with clients and maximizing value.
Guillermo’s intimate knowledge and extensive 20 years of experience has brought him amazing opportunities. Some of those opportunities allowed him to work with celebrity clients all over the Monterey Peninsula and Silicon Valley.

Complete Home Remodel
We bought a fixer-upper in Seaside, which has needed almost every part of the house redone. GR Construction has been continually improving our house at each step of the process. They remodeled the kitchen with a custom tile job, new range hood, cabinets, sink, plumbing, light fixtures. They replaced the hot-water system with an on-demand unit in a much more efficient part of the house. The plumbing in the whole house has been replaced. It is stunning, lets in lots of light and changes the whole vibe of the house. This company made sure that every level of the bathroom remodel was done with careful construction. The quality of this construction is superlative!
